326B.90 DEPARTMENT TO SUPERVISE HIGH PRESSURE PIPING. The department shall supervise all high pressure piping used on all projects in this state. The department shall employ inspectors and other assistants to carry out the provisions of sections 326B.90 to 326B.925.
