326B.954 BOILER INSPECTOR LICENSE. Each boiler inspector employed by the department shall be licensed in this state as a chief grade A engineer, and must hold a national board commission as a boiler inspector within 12 months of being employed as a boiler inspector by the department. An inspector shall not be interested in the manufacture or sale of boilers or steam machinery or in any article required or used in the construction of engines, boilers, or pressure vessels, or their appurtenances.
