326B.964 STANDARDS OF INSPECTION. The engineering standards of boilers and pressure vessels for use in this state shall be those established by Minnesota Rules, chapter 5225, and by the current edition of and addenda to the ASME Code, the National Board Inspection Code, and the National Fire Protection Association's standard NFPA 85 (Boiler and Combustion Systems Hazards Code), as they apply to the construction, operation and care of, in-service inspection and testing, and controls and safety devices.
