326B.97 INSPECTION OF BOILERS AND PRESSURE VESSELS. The owner, lessee, or other person having control of a boiler or pressure vessel shall allow inspectors full access to the boiler or pressure vessel. Every engineer operating a boiler shall assist the inspector during the examination and indicate to the inspector any known defects in the boilers, pressure vessels, steam engines, and turbines.
