327.36 APPLICATION TO LOCAL OFFICIAL CONTROLS. For purposes of local land use controls adopted before August 1, 1981, pursuant to chapters 462, 394, and 366 or special law, mobile homes shall be defined to include the term 'manufactured homes' as used in sections 327.31 to 327.34, 327.35 and this section.
