340A.910 SEVERABILITY. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction holds that any section of this chapter is unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this chapter that can be given effect without the invalid provisions or application, and to this end the provisions of this chapter are severable.
