342.175 SOCIAL EQUITY LICENSE CLASSIFICATION. (a) The office must classify licenses listed in section 342.10, clauses (1) to (10) and (13) as: (1) available to social equity applicants who meet the requirements of section 342.17; and (2) available to all applicants.
