345.58 CUTOFF DATE. Except as to property required to be reported pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 1967, sections 48.521 to 48.528, sections 345.31 to 345.60 shall not apply to property otherwise subject to sections 345.31 to 345.60 which became due or payable or which was in the possession of the holder before January 1, 1944.
