352B.25 CONTINUING APPROPRIATION; PAYMENT OF PENSION FUNDS. The State Patrol retirement fund must be disbursed only for the purposes provided in this chapter. The expenses of the system and any benefits or annuities provided in this chapter must be paid from the State Patrol retirement fund. The amounts necessary to make the payments from the State Patrol retirement fund are annually appropriated from those funds for those purposes.
