353.012 UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA EMPLOYEES; FURLOUGH SERVICE AND SALARY CREDIT. A furloughed employee of the University of Minnesota who is a member of the public employees police and fire plan may obtain allowable service and salary credit for the furlough period.
