354A.30 ST. PAUL TEACHERS RETIREMENT FUND ASSOCIATION; COORDINATED PROGRAM. There is established a coordinated program within the St. Paul Teachers Retirement Fund Association to provide retirement coverage for teachers who are covered by an agreement or modification made between the state and the secretary of health, education and welfare making the provisions of the federal Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance Act applicable to certain teachers covered by the teachers retirement fund association. The provisions governing the coordinated program shall be sections 354A.31 to 354A.41 and any other applicable provisions of this chapter. History: 1979 c 217 s 15; 2006 c 277 art 3 s 25
