355.036 REPORTS. An employing unit which employs a member of a covered group must make any reports in the form required and must include the information that the director requires. An employing unit also must comply with the reporting requirements that the director or the federal Secretary of Health and Human Services may from time to time determine are necessary to ensure the correctness and verification of relevant information.
