360.022 MISDEMEANOR. Any person violating any of the provisions of section 360.018, or any of the rules or orders issued pursuant to the provisions of section 360.015, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and each such violation, or in the case of continuing offenses each day's violation, shall constitute a separate offense.
