363A.34 NOTICE OF APPEAL TO COMMISSIONER. In any case that is appealed to the supreme court or the court of appeals in which an issue is raised under this chapter, the party raising the issue shall serve a copy of the notice of appeal on the commissioner. At the time of filing a notice of appeal or other papers, documents, or briefs in the case, a party shall file proof of service of the papers, documents, or briefs upon the commissioner.
