367.033 MAY BE ON BOTH TOWN AND SCHOOL BOARD EXCEPT IF URBAN TOWN. (a) Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, a person may serve on both a school board, however organized, and a town board of supervisors concurrently. (b) This section does not apply to members of the town board of a town exercising the powers of a statutory city under section 368.01, or a special law.
