368.48 COPY OF RESOLUTION FOR SECRETARY OF STATE. A certified copy of the resolution shall forthwith, after its adoption by the county board, be forwarded by the county auditor to the secretary of state, who shall on receipt make an appropriate record of the dissolution of the town.
