373.37 TERMINATION OF BUREAU. A county license bureau may be terminated in the same manner provided in section 373.34 to establish a license bureau. Duties and responsibilities assigned to the director of the license bureau shall then be vested in the officer or person who has responsibility for the function as provided by other law at the time of the termination.
