374.16 COST OF REMOVING AND REMODELING. If the selected site is occupied by an existing city hall and courthouse, and temporary quarters must be provided for officers and officials before completion of the new building, the cost of remodeling temporary quarters and moving expenses shall be considered part of the cost of the new building.
