374.19 TO SERVE WITHOUT COMPENSATION. The members of the advisory courthouse and city hall building commission and the members of the joint building management committee of the city council and county board shall not receive any compensation for their services upon the committee or commission. None of the members of the advisory courthouse and city hall building commission shall have any financial interest in any of the contracts awarded by the commission.
