375.056 SEVEN-MEMBER BOARD. Any county with a population of 100,000 or more according to the last federal decennial census may by resolution of its county board provide for a seven-member board of county commissioners. A certified copy of the resolution of the county board of any county choosing to exercise this option shall be transmitted to the secretary of state.
