375.78 AID TO POULTRY ASSOCIATIONS. A county board may make an annual appropriation of not more than $500 from the county treasury to aid any poultry association organized and existing in the county; provided, the poultry association holds at least one annual poultry exhibit and pays premiums at the exhibit in at least the amount of the appropriation.
