376.05 HOSPITAL AUTHORIZED, CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS. If a majority of the electors voting upon the proposition vote in favor of purchasing and constructing the hospital buildings, the county board shall immediately purchase, construct, and equip the buildings.
