382.04 OFFICES AT COUNTY SEAT. Every county auditor, treasurer, county recorder, court administrator of district court, sheriff, and court commissioner shall keep office at the county seat. In any county where general terms of the district court are established and held at a place other than the county seat, the court commissioner may keep office at such other place. In any county the judge of the district court may make an order which will permit such court commissioner's office to be at some other place than the county seat of such county.
