383A.289 ELIGIBLE LISTS. Subdivision 1. General. The human resources director shall prepare eligible lists as provided in this section. Subd. 2. Rank. On competitive open and competitive promotional lists eligibles shall be ranked according to their ratings in examinations and any veteran's preference required by law. Subd. 3. Term of eligibility.
