383B.101 COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR'S OFFICE; ESTABLISHMENT. The office of the Hennepin County administrator is created. The Hennepin County administrator shall be the chief administrative officer of the county government and shall be responsible to the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners for the administration of all departments, offices and agencies of county government which, by law, are subject to the authority of the board. The county administrator shall exercise all authority and shall perform all duties, which, by resolution, are delegated to the office of administrator by the board. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, all of the business of the county acted upon by the board shall be referred to the administrator, who shall implement such action as the board directs or authorizes.
