383B.103 COMPENSATION; REMOVAL. The administrator shall be appointed by the board. The administrator shall serve at the pleasure of the board. The board may designate a properly qualified person to perform the duties of the administrator during the absence or disability of the administrator. The board shall set the administrator's compensation and provide for a termination allowance, which shall be equal to the severance pay allowable to employees of the unclassified service.
