383B.119 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND AUDITS. Subdivision 1. Financial statements. Annually, the board of commissioners shall cause to be prepared a financial report, including financial statements for all of the funds of the county of Hennepin prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Subd. 2. MS 1990 [Repealed, 1991 c 345 art 1 s 117] Subd. 3. Publication and distribution. The board of commissioners shall publish the annual financial statements in accordance with the requirements of section 375.17.
