383B.122 SUPERINTENDENT. The board may employ a superintendent for the corrections facility. The superintendent shall manage the land, structures, and equipment of the corrections facility, and shall direct the work of all personnel employed at or in connection with the operation of the corrections facility and the conduct of all activities at the corrections facility.
