383B.123 RULES. The superintendent of the corrections facility shall, subject to the approval of the board, adopt rules, regulations, and procedures necessary for: (1) implementing the provisions of sections 383B.121 to 383B.123; (2) providing for the secure confinement, health, and safety of, and the provision of programs and services for inmates of the corrections facility; and (3) complying with the laws of the state and provisions of the federal and state constitutions applicable to the status and rights of inmates of corrections facilities.
