383B.141 AUTHORIZATION. The county of Hennepin is authorized to establish, organize and reorganize central purchasing within the county for the purpose of purchasing all goods, materials, supplies, equipment and contracted services required by any department, board, commission or agency, and to perform or cause to be performed all acts necessary and incidental to the acquisition, handling, utilization and disposition of goods, materials, supplies, equipment and contracted services.
