383B.153 CONTINGENT ACCOUNT. The Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County is hereby authorized to appropriate from the general revenue fund of the county annually a sum not to exceed $7,000 as a contingent account. All expenditures from such account shall be made only upon approval of five-sevenths of the members of such board for such purposes as they deem for the best interests of the county.
