383B.215 ADDITIONAL AUTHORITY. In addition to the powers and duties enumerated in sections 383B.211 to 383B.229, the county: (a) Shall maintain a system for the registration of vital records. (b) Shall prepare and publish an annual report of the health services provided and available in the preceding year. (c) Shall enforce all laws and regulations relating to public health within its jurisdiction and authority. (d) Shall establish fee schedules for services rendered.
