383B.26 HUMAN RESOURCES SYSTEM; PURPOSE. The purpose of sections 383B.26 to 383B.42 is to establish a Human Resources Board and a Human Resources Department in the county of Hennepin to promote and improve the economy and effectiveness of the governmental departments under its jurisdiction by the improvement of methods of human resources administration.
