383B.52 ADMINISTRATION COSTS. The Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County is hereby authorized to appropriate money for the administration of the supplementary benefit program created by sections 383B.46 to 383B.52. The Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County may charge participants a fee to recover the administrative expenses of the supplementary benefit program.
