383B.753 EXCLUSIVE CONTROL. From and after the first Monday in January, 1904, neither the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, nor the city council of the city of Minneapolis shall have anything to do with the care of any portion of the courthouse and city hall building, nor shall they have anything to do with the control of any portions of said building not specifically assigned for official use.
