383C.081 HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY. A resolution of the St. Louis County Board under section 469.004 may provide that the board will constitute the county housing and redevelopment authority or it may provide for the appointment of members. If members are appointed, the authority shall be composed of seven persons and individual members of the board may be appointed to be members of the authority. History: 1988 c 491 s 4
