383C.162 APPROPRIATION FOR COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS. The St. Louis County Board is authorized to expend annually from the county revenue fund, out of any money not required to defray other expenses chargeable against such fund, such amount as the commissioners may determine to be necessary for the purpose of improving the county fairgrounds and erecting buildings thereon to be used for county and agricultural fairs.
