383C.261 WATER IMPROVEMENTS. The St. Louis County Board may appropriate and expend out of the revenue fund of said county a sum annually for the improvement of navigable lakes and streams lying wholly or partly within such county, which improvement may include the marking of dangerous reefs and shallow places in said lakes with proper buoys.
