383C.75 AUTOMOBILE GARAGE AND REPAIR SHOP. The St. Louis County Board, whenever it determines it to be necessary and for the best interests of the county, may erect and maintain on the courthouse grounds at the county seat, an automobile storage garage and repair shop with such equipment therein as may be found necessary by the county board, and without submitting the proposition to a vote of the people of said county, for the purpose of storing therein automobiles, trucks, and other equipment owned and used by the county in road work and for other purposes; and to pay the cost of erecting and equipping the building out of the general fund and the road and bridge fund of the county in the same manner as other general expenses of the county are paid.
