383E.03 APPOINTMENT OF COUNTY OFFICIALS. Upon adoption of a resolution by the Anoka County Board of Commissioners, the offices of county auditor, county recorder, and county treasurer in the county shall not be elective but shall be filled by appointment by the county board as provided in sections 383E.03 to 383E.06, unless the office is abolished pursuant to a reorganization or consolidation under section 383E.04.
