386.15 TRACT INDEXES TRANSCRIBED. In counties having a population of less than 75,000 now having tract indexes of the records in the office of the county recorder, the county board is hereby authorized to have such tract indexes transcribed, compared with the original records, and checked back when the necessity therefor appears.
