386.16 COUNTY RECORDER TO SUPERVISE; COMPENSATION. The work provided for in section 386.15 shall be performed by the county recorder of the county. The county recorder, for performing the work, shall receive as compensation therefor such sum as may be fixed by the board of county commissioners.
