387.08 CRIMINAL PROCESS, WHEN FILED. On or before the last day of the term for which the same was issued, every sheriff or other officer or person who serves a subpoena or other process issued by the court in a criminal action shall file the same, with a statement of fees endorsed thereon, with the court administrator of such court.
