387.42 EMPLOYEES UNDER CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION JURISDICTION. Any deputy sheriff regularly employed on a full-time basis at the time of the creation of the civil service commission shall automatically come under the jurisdiction of the civil service commission, consistent with duties of the commission as outlined in sections 387.31 to 387.45.
