390.04 PROVISION FOR TRANSFER OF JURISDICTION. When the coroner or medical examiner, because of partiality, prejudice, consanguinity, or interest, is not able to perform the coroner or medical examiner's duties, the coroner or medical examiner shall have the authority to transfer jurisdiction to another coroner or medical examiner, as arranged by the county board.
