390.152 CREMATION APPROVAL. After investigating deaths of persons who are to be cremated, the coroner or medical examiner may give approval for cremation and shall record such approval by either signing a cremation authorization form or electronically through the centralized electronic system for the processing of death records established by the state registrar.
