390.34 WHEN SECTIONS 390.31 TO 390.35 DO NOT APPLY. Sections 390.31 to 390.35 do not apply in a county in which there is a person whom the county board deems qualified who will agree to seek election to the office of coroner or, in a county where the coroner is appointed, a person who will accept appointment.
