393.09 MONTHLY MEETINGS. The local social services agency shall meet and advise with the director at least once each month and the director shall report and be responsible to the local social services agency and shall be directed by the agency. The director shall be charged with the administration of the duties of the local social services agency and shall perform such additional duties as the local social services agency may designate.
