393.12 FEES FOR SOCIAL SERVICES. A local social services agency may charge fees for social services furnished to a family or individual not on public assistance. The local social services agency shall establish fee schedules based on the recipient's ability to pay and for day care services on the recommendations of the appropriate advisory council.
