5.35 AUTOMATIC NAME RESERVATION. Upon the dissolution or termination of the filing of any business entity or assumed name for failure to file the annual renewal, the secretary of state shall automatically file a name reservation to hold that name on behalf of the dissolved or terminated entity for a period of one year from the date of the dissolution or termination.
